Specification Sales/ Area Sales Manager
Our client, a leading player within the UK roofing sector is looking to appoint a Specification Sales Manager to cover the Southern region to help them achieve
their growth plans.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience of dealing with architects, main contractors and specifiers as well as the local authority market. You must be able demonstrate your knowledge of
these sectors as well as being able to demonstrate outstanding sales figures.
With the support of a well structured internal support team, you will be tasked with winning specifications within your defined region by negotiating and running CPD presentations to architects,
contractors and specifiers. Previous experience
within the roofing/ waterproofing sector is important although product training for the right candidate will be made available.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
* Developing new business within a specified region
* Communicate at all levels both internally and externally
* Developing existing accounts
* Identify ongoing opportunities to maximise business potential
* CPD Presentations to Architects

Our client offers a Basic of between £33k - £36k plus OTE and company car, there is also further benefits after a qualifying period which you would associate with a market leading company
Key Account Manager
Our client is a dynamic and forward thinking organisation who is seeking to appoint a number of Key Account Managers to increase sales by managing, maintaining and developing a portfolio of major accounts. The company has built an excellent reputation for providing a high quality and innovative service to their clients.
Since the company was formed, they have achieved enviable growth which they are looking to continue and the positions of Account Managers are key roles within their Sales Team. The current team are passionate about their strong brand and exceptional service provision.
The Role:
· Managing ar portfolio of accounts, ensuring an in depth understanding these accounts and resolving any issues that may arise
· Identifying and Maximising Revenue Opportunities within nominated accounts
· Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships with all stakeholders with client accounts
· Project managing and co-ordinating marketing initiative, trials or roll-outs
· Assisting with reviews or re-negotiations on price, service levels or other terms of business

In return my client offers an excellent remuneration scheme comprising Basic Salary plus Car Allowance totalling £40,000 plus Bonus scheme.
