At Able HR we understand that our Candidates are also our Client's and strive to make your experience of finding a new career an enjoyable one.
After conducting significant market research into the general consensus of the Recruitment Industry we have implemented the following to ensure that you only recieve the highest levels of service from our Consultant's.
*All Candidates are given a Direct Number to the Consultant liaising with you on your search for a role so no getting blocked when your trying find out what is happening with your career.
* The Consultant dealing with your application will be your point of contact as we believe that it allows you to build a rapport with them and for them to fully understand your requirements for your next role.
* All communications will be answered within 24 hours
* Feedback will be given both positive and negative within 24 hours of your interview, if for any reason feedback is not recieved by ourselves then you will be kept informed of this.
* All Applications for vacancies will be answered within 24 hours of application on the status of your enquiry.
* All roles will be discussed in detail prior to submission of your details and only after you have confirmed your wish to be considered.
We cannot promise that everyone who registers will find their ideal job through us, however we can promise complete honesty throughout the process.
